I had a great experience! I need two tractor tires, and they had just what I needed. I had looked for some at other dealers, but East Bay had them in stocks at a better price. I was also able to buy two new valve stems at what I thought was a low price. The tires are 12.4x24#, R 1. This is a warehouse experience so it took the left hand a little longer to talk to the right hand and get the tires out of the warehouse. It was lunch time, which may have been the issue, so no complaints. They brought the tires and placed them in the bed of my truck. I was a little anxious about that because I was pretty sure I could not lift them. I will get where I need them, then have Les Schwab get them on the tractor. I hung out with three or four employees while waiting for the tires. They were all polite, professional, and good natured. I will be happy to buy tires from them in the future. They are located in Fairfield off Air Base Parkway. They are easy to find and close to U.S. 80.

I dropped off a co-worker. 2 get their tire fix on their work vehicle. While we were there, we noticed my tire was flat as well. They quickly got his tire repaired and then repaired my tire. We were in And out no problems, no hassle, very friendly. The only negative I have is there isn't a waiting room.

Reliable and Efficient Tire Repair ServiceRating: ★★★★★I recently had the opportunity to experience the excellent tire repair service provided by East Bay Tire Co. I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and efficiency demonstrated by their team. I arrived with my semi truck at 7am, and had two tires replaced and paid for by 8am. There is a grassy area for the guard dog to run around. Rick makes it too easy. Thank you
